I’m in my 30's and I'm passionate about slow living and simplifying everyday life. I hope to help liberate others from the overwhelming fast paced lifestyle to living a healthier, more balanced and more meaningful life.

I love ALL things health and wellbeing and have spent so much of my life researching and learning about many topics. My interests are within thyroid health, vitamins, minerals, emotional wellbeing and low-tox living.

I’ve been interested in health and wellbeing now for 10 years or so and my life was suddenly propelled into this space after I lost my Popa in 2013 and I had hit my rock bottom with no idea how to get back up again. So I found a therapist and suddenly I was hearing different thoughts, opinions and learning about different modalities to healing. My mind broadened further with each conversation and I explored how I could heal myself using parts of the many different things that I had heard over the months and years.

Fast forward to 2016 and I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, Hyperthyroidism after a year long battle with my GP and I felt like the world stopped spinning in that moment. Dramatic I know but with lifelong anxiety and a name such as Graves, I didn’t hold out much hope to feeling well again!

Which brings us to 2023 and I’ve been in remission for some years! How I got there, you’ll read in my e-Book but remission is possible, no matter what anyone tells you.
